I have a client who needs to rent a home in Bexley or Eastmoor very soon. The home needs to be a close walk to the synagogue on E. Broad and N. Ardmore.
They would like 3-4 bedrooms and at least 2 baths. Their budget is in the $2000/month price range.
They will sign a 12 or 24 month lease. If you know of anything, please let me know ASAP.

She wants at least 1600 square feet, not a real large yard and a price not to exceed $400,000. She wants to be on the east side or Greater Downtown, including German Village and the Short North.
